Pick & Paint Botanical Watercolour Workshop - Saturday 13 September 10am - 1pm

We are absolutely here to celebrate SPRING and of course in the most Spring like way, with flower picking and watercolour painting at the beautiful FivexFive Micro Flower Field. 🌼

Come and immerse yourself in wild blooms and watercolours as I teach you the fundamentals to capturing real life botanical art through watercolours and simple illustration techniques. With the lovely studio flower farm as your canvas, you will have the opportunity to pick your own blooms with a vase included and sit amongst the flower fields as you practice your own botanical art. This workshop welcomes beginners, or anyone looking to escape to the outdoors and enjoy some relaxing painting on your own or with your friends/family.

This workshop will cover the following watercolour techniques:

- Simple Illustration techniques and design tips to creating botanical art.
- Colour theory and colour matching.
- 'wet' and 'dry' painting techniques.

The workshop fee includes a 2-hour workshop with Holly + Morning tea and your own hand-picked flowers from FivexFive Flower Farm with a complimentary vase to take your own specially picked flowers home.

Please note this event is an outdoor event, so please wear hats and sunscreen. We will have umbrellas set up. Of course, if the weather is not on our side, we will update you with event changes 24 hours before the event. Cash Refunds will not be available, however, store credit and the chance to rebook this event will be available.
