Botanical Watercolour Workshop Saturday 21 June 2:30pm-4:30pm 2025

Come join Artist, Holly Neilson from Paper Hands as she guides you through a relaxing botanical watercolour workshop. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn some simple yet effective watercolour painting techniques that with assist with creating lush and beautiful botanical artworks. The workshop will run for two hours with plenty of time to chat amongst friends, sip tea and relax into the creative experience. During the workshop, Holly will teach you the fundamentals to colour theory/mixing colours, simple ‘wet’ and ‘dry’ watercolour brush
techniques and demonstrate examples of how to approach a botanical watercolour design. Everyone should have the chance to complete a full botanical watercolour artwork but please note that you are not obligated to finish a piece, as you are free to create and chat at the pace you need.
